Property Documents to Bring with You

In order to ensure that your listing goes up on the MLS® as quickly as possible, there are several documents and other items you'll need to bring into the Calgary office of Peoples Realty Inc.


Please make sure you have the following:

  • Certificate of Title - proof of ownership

  • Real Property Report

  • Government issued ID

  • Listing Feature Sheet

  • Deficiency Report (If any, i.e. marijuana, flood damage, etc.)

  • Photos of the property (maximum 20)

  • Contact information

  • Payment

  • Up to date RMS floorplan
