After You Put Your Calgary Property on the MLS®

Once your listing is on the MLS®, you'll be responsible for several things, including answering your phone calls, emails, or text messages from prospective buyers and/or their agents in regard to your property.


Communicate and cooperate with us - remember you are responsible for all showings.


It is important to note that Realtors have to work odd hours as their clients are also working, which results in showings at any time during the day. Ideally, it's best to accommodate the Realtors as much as possible, because that "one time" may be the only time they can show the property which could lead to a potential offer.


Make sure that you do the following:

  • Inform us if the property's conditions, status or title changes

  • Tell us about inquiries you make or receive about the sale of the property

  • Provide access to the property for prospective buyers and/or their agents

  • Ensure the property is in a good and tidy condition for showings
